This Certified USDA Organic extra virgin olive oils is one of the highest that the Sogno Toscano estate offers. Similar to Super Tuscan wines it's a blend of 3 different olives (70% FRANTOIO, 15% MORAIOLO, and 15% LECCINO) all grown on the estate in Bolgheri. The olives are pressed within 6 hours of harvest. The unique fruit bouquet, intense green color and the essence of fruit that you can taste is extraordinary.
