We use specialized insulated packaging and cold packs for all perishable goods like cheeses and meats. These items are shipped via expedited methods to ensure they arrive at your door in peak condition.

Where do your products come from?

Ditalia sources directly from small-scale artisanal producers across Italy. Many of our products are DOP or IGP certified, ensuring authentic regional origins and traditional production methods.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. Due to customs regulations regarding food imports, we are unable to ship to other international destinations at this time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
