The Peche de Vigne peach which has earned the nickname of the  "September peach", due to its deep red color that is reminiscent of wine, is an extremely juicy and flavorful varietal of peach. 72% of the whole fruit is used, with nosulphur dioxide or preservatives. This would be wonderful to spread on crostini or crackers accompanied by some fresh cheese. However, it would also be delicious with desserts such as croissants, crepes, or sorbet and ice cream.
