At Ditalia, we take great pride in the quality of our artisan Italian imports and want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary experience. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a resolution.
Return Process

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your food items.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For items damaged during transit, please include clear photos of the packaging and the product to help us expedite your claim.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm eligibility for a direct replacement.
- 4.Refund or Reshipment
Once approved, we will either initiate a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
