Mediterranean yellowfin tuna marinated in evoo, rosemary and Patata della Sila (an IGP Calabrian potato varietal known for its compact texture and depth of flavor). The tuna is carefully fished in accordance with protection of the seas and traditional Calabrian preservation methods. Once jarred, the tuna is allowed to ripen for up to a year before distribution so the intense flavor of the tuna matures and unites with the delicate taste of olive oil and Rosemary. Use to make Nicoise style salads as well as pasta dishes or served with beans for a protein rish dish.
